Welcome to Calwell Little Athletics

Calwell Little Athletics Centre is an affiliate club of Capital Athletics. Our regular competition season restarts after Christmas break on Saturday 18th January 2025 and runs until 15th March. Weekly competitions are held at Calwell Playing Fields, off Were Street, on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am for set up, 8:30 Warm Up/ announcements, with events commencing 8:45 am.

At Calwell Little Athletics our motto is "Be your Best". Our focus is on the kid’s overall improvement encouraging them to better themselves while learning new skills, keeping fit, making friends and having fun.

Our Primary Aim Is To Provide Friendly Competition For Athletes, Everything We Are Working Towards Can Be Best Expressed As Follows:

To encourage development of athletes potential
To encourage building healthier and stronger bodies
Provide a safe and healthy environment for fun participation in sport
Encourage the a positive sportsmanship attitude towards both winning and losing.
Promote Family, Fun and Fitness- encourage Adults to be actively involved with their children and other adults with our club meetings.
