Registration Information for 2024/25 Season

Calwell Little Athletics Registration comprises of an affiliate fee and club fee, this covers the cost of ground hire, equipment maintenance, digital technology upkeep for timekeeping and results data, presentation day, insurance, and athlete number patches. 

For new athletes, there will be an additional uniform cost to purchase a club shirt, which is the only compulsory competition clothing and can be reused for a number of seasons. 

Furthermore any additional competitions and carvivals outside of our Saturday mornings may incur a cost at the discrestion of Capital Athletics, however these are discretionary events.

What do I Need?

Before registering here is a little checklist to make sure you have all the things you need:

1. login details (for returning athletes)

2. The child/ren correct Date of Birth
3. Credit Card Details

Not so keen to register without a Come and Try session?​

If your unsure if your child will want to join- we offer 2 come and try sessions- register and tick the come and try box to ensure your childs results are recorded and they are covered by insurance.

Please see below information regarding age group calculation, fee structure, uniforms and pack collections  before registering. 

Fee Structure

Tiny Tots -

Early bird registration-31st August $65 for the season 

Registration from Sept $75 for the season

​

U6-U17 - $190 for the season 

Season starts Saturday 19th Oct​

​

Family Discounts (excludes Tiny Tots)

Registering 2 children U6 - U17  - $20 discount 

Registering 3 children U6 - U17 - $30 discount

Registering 4 children U6 - U17 - $40 discount​​

There are no other charges for weekly competition or coaching during the season.
 

Our Club uses your registration fees for the following purposes:
1. ACT Sport and Rec ground maintenance and track booking charges.
2. Affiliation fees and accident insurance to Capital Athletics.
3. Public Liability Insurance and Incorporation costs.
4. Club administration costs and printing.
5. Purchase of equipment.
6. Presentation day.

Age Group Calculator

Uniform

Calwell Little Athletics Club uniform is comprised of a T-shirt with the Club logo. Upon Pack collection, you will be issued with an age group patch and an individual athlete number. These items must be fastened to the shirt at all times during competitions as displayed on the right.

Other uniform items are available throughout out the season, these will be on display on Saturday mornings and can be purchased or ordered through the club Uniform Manager.

Pack
Collection

Sat 12th of Oct 2024
Calwell Playing Fields 8:30am-10am

Calwell Little Athletics Club holds a pack collection day (for athletes who have already paid their fees) to ensure that our first day of competition runs smoothly and all athletes have their numbers, age patches, and shirts ready to go. Please ensure that you attend the pack collection day to collect all the things you need, ask any further questions, and get to know a few of our committee members. 

​

Please ensure that on pack collection day you also provide us with proof of age for visible citing. We do not keep any records or photocopies, however, we must ensure that all athletes have been placed in the correct age groups according to their correct date of birth.
