AGM and committee nominations Sunday 31st Aug

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at The Tuggeranong Town Centre Vikings Club, in the Kevin Hamilton Room, at 6pm on Sunday 31st of August.

 

At this meeting the committee for the upcoming season will be elected. Without these positions filled the Club is unable to move forward with the planning and commencement of the upcoming season. A quorum minimum of 10 must be achieved to be able to hold the AGM.

Roles include:

 

President

Vice-president

Secretary

Treasurer

Registrar

Canteen manager

Grounds and equipment manager

Uniform

Age manager coordinator

Media/website

Tiny Tots coordinator

First Aid Officer

General committee
